Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from store.zalifesteal.xyz, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

1. General

  • The Store provides virtual in-game perks and ranks ("Products") for use on the ZA Lifesteal Minecraft server only.
  • Products have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts (with the exception of crate keys).
  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, rank perks, or discontinue Products at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

2. Payment

  • Payments are processed via our payment processor. We do not store your card or banking details, or any information in that regard, except the username provided during purchase.
  • You must provide an accurate, active Minecraft username (Java or Bedrock/Geyser) and, where required, your Discord ID at checkout — this is how your Product is matched to your account.
  • Purchases made with incorrect or mismatched usernames are the buyer's responsibility. Contact support immediately.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Everything is delivered automatically and instantly after successful payment confirmation, via our Discord bot integration and PHP server connection to the Minecraft server.
  • Typical delivery time: within a few seconds of successful payment. In rare cases (server restarts, host downtime, Discord/API outages), delivery may be delayed up to 2 hours maximum.
  • If a Product has not been delivered within 2 hours of payment, contact support with your payment reference/proof of purchase and we will manually fulfill it.
  • You must be a member of the ZA Lifesteal Discord or Minecraft server for delivery confirmation and support purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Because Products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final once a Product has been delivered, except in the cases below.

Eligible for refund

  • Non-delivery — payment succeeded but the Product was never granted, and our team could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same Product due to a payment processing error.
  • Technical fault — a verified bug caused you to receive the wrong Product or none at all.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Rank/perk revocation due to a ban or rule violation.
  • Dissatisfaction with in-game balance, perks, or gameplay experience.
  • Buyer error (wrong username/tier selected), once delivered correctly to the account entered at checkout.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment processor within 7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted and processing has started, due to the instant/automated nature of delivery.
  • If you contact us within a few minutes of purchase, before delivery has completed, we will attempt to cancel and refund — this is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

6. Chargebacks & Rule Violations

  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support will result in an immediate, temporary ban from ZA Lifesteal (Minecraft server).
  • Ranks and perks obtained through purchase may be revoked without refund if the associated account is banned for violating server rules, regardless of when the ban occurs relative to purchase.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
